The Region 4 Sport Horse Show Committee is pleased to present the Region 4 Sport Horse Prospect Purse Jackpot, an exciting opportunity for handlers to win money while showcasing the most athletic young fillies, geldings, and colts at the Region 4 Sport Horse Championship Show.
Region 4 has been a leader in creating and promoting opportunities for the Arabian Sport Horse for more than 25 years.
Our members compete in 'open' (open to all breeds) and Arabian-only shows in the international disciplines of hunter, jumper, dressage and carriage pleasure driving, and in the uniquely Arabian sport horse division.
Sport Horse Nationals is the only Sport Horse show offered by a breed association. From dressage to hunter jumper to pleasure carriage driving and much more, come see some of the best horse athletes in the industry.
AHA's Open Qualifying Competition Programs allow exhibitors involved in some Open competitions to use their results to qualify for AHA Regional and National Championships.
AHA offers this option in the following disciplines: dressage/western dressage, working hunter/jumper/hunter hack, eventing/driving and cutting/working cow/reining/reined cow horse.
Carriage pleasure driving combines a long and storied past with opportunities to drive both competitively and for pleasure. Many who show today use antique carriages that hark back to driving’s grand historic tradition. Known for the camaraderie of its participants and its openness to all breeds of horse and pony, carriage pleasure driving is a sport for equestrians of all ages
Western Dressage offers many entry levels. The beginning rider can participate in an atmosphere which is both inviting and non-intimidating. The rider who comes in at a more advanced level can learn to perfect her or his horsemanship and training method.
